How does Anxiety make you feel?

Anxiety can take the form of worrying thoughts, bodily sensations and feelings.

When worrying we are often focused upon “what if” type thoughts or what could happen in the future. Anxiety is generally normal and helpful in terms of navigating life’s difficulties and frustrations however too much anxiety can result a loss in our ability to undertake everyday tasks.
